PJ is a great proprieter. 4 stars because tech left tool in my car. But PJ did not bs me, he was able to find out exactly what I wanted, and did not push brands that I told him I didn't care for. Except the speakers, which was a new company that had bought the old company. 4 years later the speakers sound great, as does my double din GPS head unit. The techs did a fantastic job, I won't embarrass the tech and say where he left his tool, but it was not a good place to leave it. They do very good top notch work and they have something for every budget. It's just a shame that today's vehicles have so much info use the vehicles audio system, you may not be able to get a component nut he'll work around that.

Just had a Kenwood system put in my Jeep Commander with Apple Car Play after the factory system failed. The owner is outstanding to deal with and they did an excellent job on the install. Looks like it came with the Jeep. Highly recommend!!!

Little late on the review here but I just passed their 3rd location in the last year and remembered that I should warn people about this place. Took in a functional sound system and was told the wiring harness was no good so I purchased a new one from them for the install, no problem. Then they come out after the install and say I have a sub that was blown (which I am now using and it works just fine) and I was skeptical but i went ahead and bought 2 new subs from them because they said its bad to mix and match. Almost 500 bucks later I was on my way which didnt make me very happy. Didnt make it 2 hours and the box was at the back of my trunk with everything disconnected. I went back and they hooked it up and bracketed it down no issue. 4 months later it caught on fire in my trunk. I called twice and left messages both times. My call was never returned. Mike was the guy i dealt with.

They kept my $100 deposit on an amp and did not give store credit. They said they would call me back and I never received that call. They could care less about making their customers happy. Instead they want to sell you things you do not even need to make more money. This city needs more car stereo installers that charge an honest fee and do "honorable" work.

PJ's is the best! My girlfriend bought me a car starter gift card for Christmas 2012. I went on a Saturday in January, dropped off my car, and came back at 2 pm to pick it up. Because my car (Volvo) doesn't like after-market accessories, there were a few issues and they asked me to bring it back the next Saturday. I showed up at 10 am and dropped it off. When I returned, they were still working on it, but stayed open late and let me watch a hockey game in their waiting room (great guys). Because it was a gift, I didn't have to deal with a single piece of paperwork (always a plus!). Car started worked great until I had to trade my car in a couple of weeks ago. I dropped it off early one morning and came back at 2:30 to pick it up. Small charge for the labor, but very reasonable. I will have the starter installed in my girlfriend's car in the Fall, and Kyle was very helpful in estimating the cost for this, dependent on the make and model of her car. He even said he would know the cost after he saw a picture of the key. All in all, a very supportive, nice, hard-working staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommended.
